Where do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets through the event promoter or organizer of each event. Click on the link provided and visit the organization’s website for more information on their event.

Where do I park?

There is ample parking available on the grounds. There are over 1,000 free, well-lit, secure parking places accessible by five separate entrances at Riverbend Centre. Tailgating and drinking are prohibited in the Riverbend Centre parking lots. Parking Diagram >

WHERE IS THE HANDICAPPED ENTRANCE?

The handicapped entrance is located at the East Entrance near Smith Family Chapel. This entrance will allow you to enter on the Mezzanine level of our Main Auditorium. If the event organizer has no East Entrance access, please speak to an event volunteer or staff member upon arrival to the Main Entrance. They will escort you to our private elevator located in the West Wing of the Main Auditorium.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located at the Riverbend Centre Box Office just off the plaza. Will Call is where you pick up tickets ordered in advance through the event organizer. Questions regarding tickets should be directed to organization hosting the event.

What time will the show be over?

Most shows at Riverbend Centre end around 10:00 PM.

Can I bring my camera?

Please do not bring your camera. Cameras and all recording devices are prohibited at Riverbend Centre events.


Guest Conduct

Riverbend Centre works to provide a safe, enjoyable and pleasant environment for all guests in attendance. As such, venue staff will ask all guests to adhere to the following:

Guest Code of Conduct

  • Guests shall be respectful to all other guests, participants, event officials, entertainers, venue staff and venue property.

  • Guests shall not willfully and maliciously disturb a guest/employee and shall not interfere in other guests’ enjoyment of the event.

  • Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, throwing projectiles of any kind and possessing prohibited items.

  • Guests shall never enter the stage area or performance area, or interfere with the progression of the event in any fashion.

  • Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of venue staff.

  • Guests are responsible for their own good time by immediately reporting inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison. Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property will be handled by venue staff in its sole discretion.

  • This is a non-smoking campus. There is no use of tobacco allowed on campus.

  • Riverbend Centre  is a “Gun Free” campus. No Firearms are allowed.

  • Guests not abiding by these rules may be asked to leave and may be arrested. 

  • By entering an event or program, at Riverbend Centre, Inc. or Riverbend Centre for the Arts, Inc., you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Riverbend Centre, Inc./Riverbend Centre for the Arts, Inc. and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
